Warranty Policy – The Tradeshow Gallery Printing Co.

1. Warranty Coverage

The Tradeshow Gallery Printing Co., proudly serving clients in Long Beach, CA, Orange County, CA, and beyond, offers a comprehensive warranty on all large format print products (“Products”) sold. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for Products purchased from The Tradeshow Gallery Printing Co. varies from product to product. Please refer to the product spec sheet for specific warranty term information. A valid proof of purchase is required to confirm the warranty start date.

3. What is Covered

This warranty covers:
– Defects in materials, such as cracking or peeling of prints.
– Defects in workmanship, such as improper cutting, mounting, or finishing.
– Defective hardware, including stands, frames, or other structural components.

4. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
– Damage caused by improper installation, handling, or storage.
– Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
– Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, or other external causes.
– Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or minor surface imperfections.
– Fading of prints due to exposure to sunlight or other environmental factors.
– Shipping costs for warranty claims.

5. Shipping Damage

If a product is damaged upon arrival, please take the following steps:

1. Photograph the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged item and the box it came in.

2. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@thetradeshowgallery.org with your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos of the item and the box. Local customers in Long Beach or Orange County are welcome to call or arrange in-person assistance at our facility for faster service.

3. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and determine if the damage was caused by the logistics company.

4. Logistics Claim:
   – If the item was shipped on our account, The Tradeshow Gallery Printing Co. will file a claim with the shipping provider.
   – If the item was shipped on the customer’s account or a third-party account, the customer will be responsible for filing the claim. We can assist with documentation and photos, but the responsibility for the claim lies with the customer.

Note: We encourage customers to use our shipping account to ensure a smoother resolution process, especially for orders within Long Beach and Orange County.

6. Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our team at support@thetradeshowgallery.org with your order number, description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

2. Submit a Form: Please submit the warranty request form available at https://thetradeshowgallery.org/warranty-request/. Customers in Long Beach or Orange County may also bring in the product for evaluation.

3. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and may request more details or a product return for inspection.

4. Resolution: If approved, The Tradeshow Gallery Printing Co. will repair or replace the defective Product at our discretion. The replacement item will be reshipped at our cost via FedEx Ground.

Note: Return shipping costs are not covered unless the defect is determined to be a manufacturing issue. In that case, we will re-ship at no charge.

7. Limitations of Liability

The Tradeshow Gallery Printing Co.’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Amendments

The Tradeshow Gallery Printing Co. reserves the right to amend this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the effective date.
